You don't have to worry about firewood, as it is provided!

​​​​​​​Looking for a little competition or want to head out on the lake - enjoy the cornhole boards that are provided, the (4) kayaks (2 adult and 2 youth) included or the private dock that you can store your boat and jet ski's.

The main level welcomes you with two expansive decks, including a screened-in porch (with huge dining table/seating) and an open deck spanning nearly the entire lakeside length of the home. Additionally, a smaller deck off the primary bedroom offers a secluded retreat for peaceful moments overlooking the water - ideal spot to take in beautiful Lake Norman while drinking a cup of coffee or glass of wine!

A charming bunk room awaits, featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for little ones or extra guests - also with direct access to the shared full bathroom. The main level offers another spacious guest room with a king bed, while the lower level boasts a queen bed and full en-suite bathroom for added convenience.

Pool is heated to 81 degrees between April 15th and October 15th of each year - please contact us for costs to heat during the off-season. Hot tub is available and heated year round.
